Delete your data

For the Body Language app

The quickest way: in the app

1. Open Body Language and go to More.
2. Tap Delete my data and confirm.

Your data is deleted immediately and the app starts fresh.

Or here, with your Support ID

You'll find your 8-character Support ID in the app under More → About. The app has no accounts, so the Support ID is how we find your data.

What is deleted

• Your install ID, Support ID and access token
• All AI coach conversations and messages
• Credits, daily usage counts and rewarded-ad records
• Feedback you sent from the app

What is kept, without any link to you

• Purchase records (needed for accounting) and cost records that contain no message text.
• Data stored only on your phone (reading progress, quiz scores, settings) is removed when you use the in-app option or uninstall the app.

Subscriptions are not cancelled by deleting data. To stop paying, cancel in the Google Play Store app → your profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
