1. Agreement

By using the Body Language app you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. The app is published by Creative Lab. You must be 18 or older (or the age of majority where you live) to use the AI coach.

2. What the app is — and isn't

The app teaches body language and non-verbal communication and lets you practise with an AI coach. It is for learning and self-improvement only. It is not psychological, medical, legal, HR or relationship advice. Body language gives clues, not proof: no gesture reliably shows that someone is lying or what they think. Use your own judgement, and ask people directly when it matters.

3. AI-generated content

Replies from the AI coach are generated automatically by an AI model (Claude, by Anthropic). They can be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable. Do not rely on them for important decisions. If a reply seems wrong or harmful, please report it with the Report option next to the reply; we review reports and may change the coach as a result.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the app to harass, deceive, manipulate, stalk or harm anyone;
• ask the AI coach for sexual, violent, hateful or illegal content;
• enter other people's personal or sensitive information;
• try to get around daily limits, copy the service, reverse-engineer the app or access our servers by automated means.

We may limit or block AI coach access for a copy of the app that breaks these rules.

5. Daily allowance and credits

Free and Premium users get a daily number of AI coach messages, shown in the app. Extra credits can be earned by watching rewarded ads. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and are lost if you delete your data or uninstall the app. We may change allowances, and the coach may sometimes be paused for maintenance or when daily capacity is reached.

6. Premium

• Premium is sold through Google Play as a monthly or yearly subscription, or as a one-time “lifetime” purchase. The price is shown before you buy.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. Cancel at any time in the Google Play Store app → your profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions; you keep Premium until the end of the paid period.
• Free trials, where offered, turn into a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless you cancel before it ends.
• Refunds follow Google Play's refund policies and the consumer law that applies to you.
• “Lifetime” means for as long as the app and its service are offered, on the Google account used to buy it. To restore Premium on a new phone, use “Restore purchases” in the app.
• Premium features and limits may change over time; we will not take away the core benefit you paid for during a paid period.

7. Ads

The free version shows ads served by Google AdMob. Premium removes them.

8. Content ownership

The book, illustrations, signal library, quizzes, scenarios and other content in the app belong to Creative Lab or its licensors. You may use them for your own personal, non-commercial learning. You keep any rights in what you type; you allow us to process it to provide the service as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Availability and changes

We work to keep the app and the AI coach available, but we cannot promise uninterrupted service. We may update, change or stop features. We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use the app means you accept the changes.

10. Disclaimers and liability

The app is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you make based on the app or the AI coach. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.

11. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
